Zeny has obtained her academic qualification of B.B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Zeny is an organized and methodical lawyer who specializes in Corporate & Commercial laws, Employment law and corporate due diligence. Her interests are aligned with Mergers and Acquisitions, International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution.

She has effectively assisted clients across various industries, from insurance to real estate in meeting their compliance and Due Diligence requirements. She has actively engaged in conducting the meticulous preparation of a comprehensive compliance and due diligence registry for a multinational conglomerate. This endeavour has afforded her an enhanced comprehension of local statutes, including regulations prescribed by governmental entities such as the Qatar Central Bank (QCB).

Zeny's proficiency in navigating regulatory frameworks has been instrumental in facilitating the establishment and growth of numerous startups which establish their companies in the Qatar Financial Center and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

In addition to her advisory role, she actively contributes to dispute resolution strategies, particularly at institutions like the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC).
