We have expertise and experience in providing legal advice on corporate, regulatory, investment and operational matters.

We have been assisting with incorporation of companies (public & private shares companies and limited liability companies) and drafting their charter/ constitutional documents in addition to other regulatory processes. Our team extends secretarial support by assisting companies to comply with the stipulations of the Commercial Companies Law and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority in relation to Governance Code for Companies and legal entities. In this regard, we assist companies with drafting the board resolutions and other corporate authorizations and further helping them with conduct of the Annual General Assemblies. Our lawyers also advise both local and foreign companies in drafting and negotiating agency, distribution and franchise agreements on a regular basis.
