Vibha is an India-qualified lawyer and graduated with the degree of B.S.L. LL.B. from I.L.S Law College, Pune. Prior to joining ILC, she worked with two of India’s premier law firms.

Her main areas of practice include Corporate & Commercial laws, Labour and Employment law, and Intellectual Property & Information Technology law. Vibha regularly advises and assists several multinational companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other clients in both inbound and outbound investments, private equity investments and divestments, merger and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and transaction structuring.

Her expertise revolves around conducting due diligences and preparing transaction documentation for acquisition of companies and businesses. Vibha has also assisted local and international clients on creation of joint ventures and technology collaborations. In a short span, Vibha through a series of high value transactions has advised clients in education sector, healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, insurance, pharmaceutical and hospitality.

Due to her experience in dealing with practical aspects of corporate and commercial laws, especially with respect to exchange control laws and companies’ law, she has carved out a niche for herself in respect of corporate structuring and documentation, and advising and strategizing in case of corporate commercial disputes.
