Mostafa Maher

Mostafa is a bilingual legal professional and has extensive experience in several legal practice areas, including corporate, civil, commercial, labour and criminal matters. Mostafa was called to the Egyptian bar in 2009 and holds an LLM in Commercial and Maritime Law from University of Hertfordshire. Presently, he is a Counsel at International Law Chambers, where he handles corporate commercial disputes. His professional background encompasses drafting, preparing, reviewing various submissions on a wide range of commercial disputes across various courts in Qatar.

Vibha Oswal

Vibha is an India-qualified lawyer and graduated with the degree of B.S.L. LL.B. from I.L.S Law College, Pune. Prior to joining ILC, she worked with two of India’s premier law firms.

Her main areas of practice include Corporate & Commercial laws, Labour and Employment law

Kezer Kharawala

He is a Dual Qualified (Indian and English law Qualified) Jurist and Commerce graduate from Bombay University, India. As a Legal Counsel, he has legal education spanning from L.L.B. (Bombay University, India), L.L.M (Bombay University, India) and qualified a Solicitor, England & Wales. Kezer is known for his commitment to legal and social justice. He is practising in Bombay High Court for almost 20 years.

Samia Hassan

Samia holds a Bachelor’s degree (QLD) in Law “LLB” from the University of London, UK along with a Master’s degree “LLM’ from the University of Sydney, Australia. She is a focused and committed young lawyer who specialises in corporate and commercial practice in a range of industries.

Tressa is involved in corporate and commercial practice and specialises in assisting clients with their compliance requirements.
